Ice Fishing in Warm Cozy Cabin

Destination NWT presents Ice Fishing in Comfort twice daily from December to April at 10:00 and 13:30. Tour will start with various hotel pick ups. Once guests arrive on the fishing site (a frozen lake), guides will designate each guest or each group of guests to their own fishing cabin. Guides will also provide instructions on equipment usage and tour orientation. Each person above the age of 16 must have a Fishing License. Guest with prior purchased fishing license must show the license to the guides or purchase a license on site.

• Tour Available Season: December to April (Ice Conditions Permitting)
• Pick up from various hotels in town 09:30-09:45, 13:00-13:15 Non-hotel guests must reach out to operator at least one day prior to the tour
• Tour Start Time: Daily Morning 10:00, Afternoon 13:30
• Tour Length (from hotel to hotel): ~ 3.5 hours
• Tour Length (less transport and training): ~ 3 hours
• Lunch Included served around 12:00 for the Morning Tour and 13:30 for the Afternoon Tour
• Fishing rod, baits, hooks are included
• Physical Fitness: Anyone

What to Expect: Enjoy ice fishing in the comfort of a warm cozy cabin, our guide will have everything prepared for you, all you have to do is catch the fish through consistent jigging. Have a fresh fish fry lunch on top of a frozen lake.
